Details of trouble: Observed the clogging of cooling flushing line for COP mechanical seal by the accumulated sludge. There is a possibility to be happened the heating damage of mechanical seal due to lack of cooling/flushing liquid if it is discovered too late.
Actions: Proper checking the pipe/connection and purging necessary. |
