Save-all tray Plugs SIRE observation

During SIRE inspection the Vetting inspector observed that save-all tray plugs were not tightly fitted giving chances of seepage through the drain hole.
All scupper plugs and save-all tray plugs must be checked prior Vessel's arrival in Port and ensure these are tightly and properly fitted.
Trays and save-alls must be clean and free from oil traces and water.
