Answer:

Hard copy keeping procedures vary from company to company. In my current company a 'paper-less policy' introduces with regards to Charts and Nautical Publications since Electronic charts implemented.

The only related hardcopies kept are:
1. Navtex warnings and weather reports printout (despite Navtex is connected to ECDIS)
2. SAT-C Navigational warnings
3. ECDIS Manual correction log

Charts which required for the voyage received via Chart Browser. Corrections, Notices to Mariners, Navigational warnings etc are updated via ADP (Admiralty Digital Publications).
