ECDIS was updated from DVD and hanged. It was reported to support center and they replied to delete all ENC installed then re-install. After doing it, it is still hanging-up.

Sometimes ENC updates may contain corrupted chart files. Try to trace down to corrupted file. It could be done by test copy complete data from DVD to flash drive. Corrupted file will be identified by OS during copying. Conduct a manual update if your ECDIS allows that. Updating chart one by one may also identify corrupted file(s).
