Answer:

An increased number of air changes required when vehicles are being loaded or unloaded, or where flammable gases or liquids are stowed in closed ro-ro spaces. Vehicles may have minor leakages or traces of fuel or lubricating oil which emit harmful vapors. That vapors must be removed from ro-ro spaces.
