Any one here experience k chief 500 unable to open the program DC C20 and have an error data sychronizing time out/ failure. already restart many times the computer but still unable to open the program and same error appear. any suggestion or advice? many thanks in advance.

Looks like there is a problem with the CAN bus, your ROS can not communicate to DPUs.
Check the CAN bus: all connectors plugged in, cables are intact.
Check the CAN bus troubleshooting section of Data Chief manual. Attach a copy here so we may assist you.
Does your system have LOS (Local Oparator Station). Are they operational?
Are there any additional diagnostic messages from DC?

Carry out synchronization of Remote Operator Stations 1 & 2. The procedure described in the Maker's manual.

One possibility of such failure is damaged sysconfig file. Restore the Operation Station from the backup hard drive. Would be better if you submit some screenshots for us to look into details.

Please see above photos, We already install the back up files from back up cd and also copy the Ros folder from ros no.1 which is running ok. but still unable to open the program. we already requested a technician in the next port. tnx for your advice
