What is the correct position/working area for the deck watchman during cargo operation on tanker?
The deck watchman should be at the cargo tank area at all time.
He must attend gangway if any visitor is approaching.
If he has any need in the area other than designated, a temporal reliever should be assigned by the Duty Officer.
