The purifier is unable to maintain continuous operation due to the bowl opening on its own after 10 minutes of operation.

Why the bowl may open if bowl opening solenoid is not activated?

Our purifier is MITSUBISHI SELFJECTOR.

Answer:

The bowl opens when opening control water submitted into it OR if bowl closing water lost.

Check that control water solenoid valves are not leaking (by disconnecting the valve's outlet pipe). If there are any leakage - rectify.

If no control water leakages found, check for possible loosing of bowl closing water.

Specifically with Mitsubishi Selfejectors, the bowl may open because bowl closing water may leak through damaged O-rings of pilot valves

From our experience, due to design of the bowl, there is a high risk of damaging these O-ring when installing pilot valves because of too small installation clearances. Proper installation of pilot valves requires heating of the bowl and freezing of the pilot valves immediately before the installation.
