1) Ensure following are available:
- Spare parts
- Special tools
- Manpower
- Sufficient time to complete task
2) Obtain permissions as required from:
- The company
- Charterers
- Agents for local permissions
3) Conduct tool box meeting
4) Complete maintenance
5) Test and reinstate system
6) Advise all relevant parties when task completed 7) Update PMS records and stock inventory
