Please tell me how the low press control air and high press control air operate in magnetic coil operation in the operation of the unloader of the air compressor.
The air compressor unloader valve serves two purposes:
1) Unloads the compressor by letting the air to freely escape which drastically reduces starting current of compressor's driving motor during starting time
2) Blows out accumulated moister and oil mist. Moister leads to corrosion and mixed with oil mist forms emulsion which later may disrupt operation of pneumatic circuits.
Unloader valve is a solenoid valve with magnetic coil. The coil is operated by the timer which keeps the valve open for few seconds during starting up and during stoppage of the compressor.
