Rolls-Royce AHT winch bridge computer show all parameters 0: system pressure, wire lengs even pumps numbers. Doesn't respond to user input.
Check Marine Controllers for proper operation inside AHT winch main cabinet. There 2 issues known related to Rolls-Royce Marine controllers:
1 Failure of SD card
2 Failure of MC itself
In both cases MC software operation terminated and data collected from AHT Winch sensors can't be transmitted to the bridge station. Visually failed Marine Controller can be identified by unusual LED indication. Each controller normally has a back up unit.
1 Switch off main cabinet power
2 Swap power and data cables from failed MC to back up MC
3 Power on main cabinet and reboot bridge station.
To trouble shoot SD cards issue they may be swapped between MCs as well when powers is off.
