Answer:

This fault is not very common. Probable causes and remedies are as per below:
1. Oil temperature is very low Continue the operation until the oil temperature increase. Use a space heater while in cold area.
2. Relief valve is not properly adjusted Loosen and re adjust the adjusting screw. If the pressure does not decrease, open and check the valve for sticking.
3. Faulty pressure gauge
